1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, selecting a membership package, or utilizing the Nova X Trade portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

2. Membership Packages & Eligibility

Members must be at least 18 years of age. Each member is assigned a unique alphanumeric Member ID (e.g. NXT10001). Membership packages ($15 Starter, $25 Basic, $50 Premium, $100 Enterprise) are valid for a duration of 30 days and provide entitlement to automated daily return distributions.

3. Binary Placement & Matching Commission

Binary network placement follows a two-leg (Left and Right) structure under the sponsor. A 5% matching bonus is calculated on the lesser volume between the two legs. Any unmatched volume is carried forward for subsequent matching cycles.

4. Withdrawal Policy & 15% Deduction

Withdrawals require a minimum balance of $10.00 and are subject to a 15% statutory deduction (TDS and administrative fees). Payouts are processed within 24 to 48 business hours upon manual compliance verification.

5. Account Suspension

Nova X Trade reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in multi-accounting, circular money movement, or violation of direct selling regulations.
